Use forgot password to reset it yourself. If your account shows as inactive or unverified, your company admin can re-send the invite from Users.

Your current plan, usage limits and invoices live under Billing. Upgrading takes effect immediately — limits are recalculated the moment the new plan is active.

Leads, customers, product types, company types and lead sources can each be imported from the Action → Import menu on their list page. Download the sample file first so the columns match.

Access is permission-based. If a teammate can't see a page or button, check their role under Users → Roles — most "missing feature" reports turn out to be a permission that isn't granted.

SMS templates must be approved before they send, and Indian regulations (DLT) require an approved template ID for every message. A template still in draft or awaiting approval will not go out.
